I got so excited about this blend as I have a little caramel obsession at the moment. While I enjoyed this as a chocolate tea I really didn’t pick up any caramel notes. I also added organic whole milk and sugar thinking that would help bring out the creaminess in the flavor. While it did add to the chocolate flavor and turn this into a pretty good chocolate dessert tea it didn’t I find enhance the caramel.
